Do I need a drivers license?
A Class 5 or Class 7 Driver’s License is sufficient.
What’s the maximum range?
The scooters can travel up to 70km on a single charge.
Where are you located?
Our central warehouse is located at 11400 Twigg Pl #1, Richmond, BC.
How fast do the scooters go?
Italia Ultra: 50 km/h
G2000: 70 km/h
Can I arrange a test ride?
Absolutely! Visit us at our GIO Scooter Vancouver Store located at 202 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC to arrange a test ride. Call (604) 695-7588 to arrange a test ride.
What's the refund policy?
You can return the product within 30 days of purchase, provided it's in its original packaging and in new condition.
What's the warranty?
Our LSM models come with a 2-year warranty, with 1 year for the battery. The warranty is limited to parts.
Are there any rebates available?
Yes, you can receive rebates for our scooters through the BC Government Rebate program. The GIO Italia Ultra qualifies for up to $600, and the GIO G2000 Motorcycle for up to $1,155. There's also a Quebec Government Rebate of $500 available.
Is a license plate necessary for the scooter?
Yes. Upon checkout, we'll provide all the documentation you need for obtaining a license plate:
- Certificate of Origin (COO): This is included with your scooter and has been pre-filled with a valid VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
- Bill of Sale: This will be sent to your email, containing all of your pertinent information.
- Odometer Statement: Also sent to your email, this is specific to the State you reside in and will be pre-filled.
